BaronKelly Art&Love Gallery is a private, Internet-based gallery with a strong Modernist & Contemporary slant.
Our carefully chosen collection of 20th-century paintings, works on paper, and sculpture includes Realism, Social Realism, Cubism, Abstract Impressionism, New York School, European Modernism, Russian, Italian, Southwestern, Latin American, African American, Woodstock, and New England artists, especially those associated with Provincetown.
Although we do include the occasional emerging artist in our inventory, our focus is on artists who have already enjoyed significant careers and left a legacy of outstanding work created in the 1920s through 1980s. After suffering the almost-inevitable decline in prominence after their deaths, many of these artists are now in the process of reemerging, bearing sterling resumes and beautiful paintings, clamoring to reclaim their places at the table of art history.
These artists often represent excellent values, and offer wonderful opportunities for appreciation (both financial and visual). This approach and our unique business model means we can bring exceptional art to collectors and dealers alike at exceptionally reasonable prices.
We are always interested in buying 20th-century and Contemporary art, and enjoy working with individuals and executors in liquidating estates and collections.
