Dal 2000 ARTantide Gallery basa il proprio DNA aziendale su un sistema di valori condivisi:
Fiducia (in se stessi, per avere saldezza, e negli altri, per poter lavorare in squadra)
Coraggio (per decidere di agire e non rimanere solo a contemplare)
Passione (per condurre le nostre azioni nella direzione che amiamo di più)
Creatività (per essere sempre unici e inimitabili)
Tenacia (perché se crediamo in quello che facciamo, dobbiamo non mai smettere di farlo)
Responsabilità (per agire sempre nel senso dell'utilità comune, per migliorare il pianeta)
Assieme ad un gruppo di artisti illuminati, ARTantide Gallery fonda nel 2016 il Movimento Arte Etica, un progetto fluido dove la Responsabilità Sociale dell'arte è il filo conduttore che unisce artisti e idee anche molto diverse fra loro, uniti nella volontà di essere protagonisti del cambiamento attraverso il proprio lavoro di artisti e intellettuali.
Sul sistema di valori è stata scritta la Mission che racconta come ARTantide Gallery li vive: “credere nella capacità dell'essere umano di guardare oltre la superficie delle idee e delle cose per svelare il senso profondo che contengono, sfidando i pensieri e le utopie che ne scaturiscono per renderle concrete, con responsabilità e tenacia, in sinergia con ogni squadra coinvolta, al fine di suscitare l'attenzione ai valori e alle emozioni profonde che ci conducono verso il miglioramento continuo dell'umanità.”
Mantenendo fede ad una Mission che diventa la base solida su cui si fonda ogni progetto, ARTantide Gallery ha deciso chi vuole diventare e lo ha scritto nella Vision:
“diventare i migliori incubatori del genio artistico perché capaci di suscitare le idee per il cambiamento verso il miglioramento del pianeta.”

Since 2000 ARTantide Gallery has based its corporate DNA on a system of shared values:

Together with a group of enlightened artists, ARTantide Gallery founded in 2016 the Ethical Art Movement, a fluid project where the Social Responsibility of art is the common thread that unites artists and ideas even very different from each other, united in the desire to be protagonists of change through their work as artists and intellectuals.
On the value system has been written the Mission that tells how ARTantide Gallery lives them: "believing in the ability of human beings to look beyond the surface of ideas and things to reveal the deep meaning they contain, challenging the thoughts and utopias that arise to make them concrete, with responsibility and tenacity, in synergy with each team involved, in order to arouse attention to the deep values and emotions that lead us towards the continuous improvement of humanity."
Keeping faith with a Mission that becomes the solid base on which each project is founded, ARTantide Gallery has decided who it wants to become and has written in the Vision:
"to become the best incubators of artistic genius because they are capable of arousing ideas for change towards the betterment of the planet."
