Exclusive and important unique artwork attributed to Carlo Maratti (Maratta) (1625-1713), oil on canvas.
Referred to in the collection belonging to Carlo Maratti, it is evident that this canvas derives from the one now preserved at the Hermitage (oil on canvas, 100 x 84 cm) which, already from the Walpole collection in 1736, perhaps passed into that of Niccolò Pallavicini in Rome, is blatantly a work referring to the artist's full maturity.

The artwork dates back to the second half of 17th Century.

General good condition considering the age, signs of time.
