Nature, unique and undisputed, is the true protagonist of all of Fiore’s oeuvre. Biological elements such as branches, roots and leaves, ground, moss and insects are elevated as sacred apparatus in the artist’s method. An organic world that in itself becomes the archetype of creative action, where the represented subject is not simply a copy of reality but rather an independent re-production that finds new expression in merging itself with nature and is celebrated as the primordial matter which amalgamates everything. Biological elements, now at the end of their life cycle can find new expressions on the canvas or on the table, combining to recreate yet again in the form of a shape. This is the miracle of the power and force of nature that is released through Fiore’s work.
