Attasit Pokpong has become one of Thailand's top contemporary artists. Pokpong's technical mastery, combined with his fresh take on everyday life, in Asia, combine to make his work stimulating, and gorgeous, while at the same time creating a great deal of intrigue. His recent shows around the world are selling out. Pokpong is now showing at Art Basel, both in Miami and in Basel. He is represented worldwide, but, none of this style of work is available anywhere, except from this gallery. 

This "classic" style is preferred by many of his collectors. This is the first time this gallery has had one of these portraits, in many years. Auction results are climbing, well beyond what we are asking. That makes this rare, and difficult to find painting a real bargain.
