Probable provenance : 1946 Exhibition at the House of Alsatian Art in Strasbourg & Guerin Auction in Saint Dié des Vosges Vase of tulips sold on the 30/11/1986 lot 30 signed bottom left.

In 1946, Krebs exhibited again at the House of Alsatian art in Strasbourg with more than 110 paintings. Then, on these paintings, there are bouquets of exuberant flowers… It is often said that Georges Daniel  Krebs had an art of imagination. Colorist at heart, he paints with bright colors, almost fluorescent…”
