SPRING STUDIOSSpring Studios has been for several years, one of the most prestigious place in New York to organize all types of cultural events. It’s located in an old industrial building that preserved its original features, while incorporating textures and materials with modern aspects of wood flooring, hot rolled steel, concrete.
This interdisciplinary studio of 120,000 square feet, at the heart of Tribeca, strategically located between Soho, the West Village, and the Financial District, is the home of the design, fashion and art. Indeed, each year, photos shootings, festivals, contemporary art fairs and renowned cultural events take residence there.
The original façade of the building, consisting of yellow bricks and small horizontal windows has been transformed by the insertion of a massive window in steel and glass (around 30 feet’s high), opening the studio spaces to exteriors and allows warm light to come through.
Urban Art Fair will take place on the top glazed floors with a panoramic view of the open plaza located at the exit of the Holland Tunnel (and Manhattan downtown).

best-in-class technology, offers a range from intimate to grand
spaces to accommodate up to 2,500 guests.
A gourmet restaurant
with café, bar, private dining and a 12,000 square foot green-roof

Urban Art Fair and Les Nouveaux Créateurs (The New Designers) are debuting their first fashion-focused exhibition, Urban Art Fashion Exhibit in New York this coming June. The exhibit highlights the various creative interactions between urban art and the fashion industry. Street artists from Urban Art Fair and progressive fashion designers will collaborate to create unique pieces displaying their vision/range of the definition of “urban fashion.”
This 5-day event will gather dynamic fashion designers and renowned artists from around the world. It will take place in Spring Studios on the mezzanine level, offering open views of the galleries exhibited below in Urban Art Fair.
To create a unique and exclusive atmosphere, separate from Urban Art Fair, original installations and sets will be designed specifically for the fashion exhibition by one of the most famous street artists in the international scene.
