The contemporary YIA ART FAIR # 11 – Paris is organized by the agency LFDAC - La Française des arts contemporains.
Founded in 2010, the YIA ART FAIR returns for its 11th edition during the contemporary art week in Paris on the same dates as the FIAC. Our Preview and Opening will take place on the 19th October 2017.
For the fourth consequent year, YIA ART FAIR will take place in the exceptional hall of the Carreau du Temple in the Marais quarter. This area combines all Parisian art galleries and major museums, such as Les Archives Nationales, Le Center Georges Pompidou, La Maison Européenne de la Photographie and Le musée Picasso with whom we are partners.
Paris becomes the capital of art in October and welcomes an audience of more than 70,000 visitors ; consisting of collectors, art professionals, critics, artists, curious.
During four days YIA ART FAIR will present more than 50 excellent and prospective international galleries of more than 20 nationalities.
This year, YIA ART FAIR will offer to Paris a selection of art works to discover or to rediscover. Each year, the artists of the YIA Art fair are revealed and find themselves in the best collections, foundations and art centers ; they are also often nominated on the various Contemporary Art Awards.
From 19th to 22th October, YIA ART FAIR will present an international selection of 50 galleries in addition to the already existing fairs in Paris. (FIAC, Paris International, Choices, Art Elysées, etc.). All the galleries are represented on the biggest international fairs (Volta, Nada, Independent, Art Rotterdam, ABC Berlin, Frieze, Art Bologna ...).
Since 2010, the YIA ARTFAIR has a clientele of more than 20,000 collectors, which follow us on our various fairs in Paris, Brussels, Maastricht and Basel.
