Work and Life
Art nephew of the painters Marcello Salvatori and Mario Fornari. He paints landscapes but was born above all as a pencil-chiaroscuro designer. Architect in 1976 at the La Sapienza University of Rome, he works on sacred and community art, from the restoration and design of churches, stained glass windows, iconography and sacred furnishings. He paints an interior search where real landscapes are replaced by landscapes filtered through the memory of memory, leaving room for the desire for the invisible, the infinite. In 1994 he joined the historic Cento Pittori Via Margutta Association, in 1998 he joined the Board of Directors, in 2018 he was elected President. Married, with seven children, he lives and works in Rome.
